Soft-paste porcelain with polychrome decoration and gilding. Oval platter. The rim decorated with a wide band on yellow, a thin band of gold leaves on black and gilt edging, Yellow border contains masks, bulls’ heads and other devices in black with gold detailing. Oval medallion in center with yellow ground edged with black and gold leaf band containing a charioteer in black enamel with gold detailing. Set with 56.1232-56.1245 and 67.1234-67.1248.

Markings

Marks: crowned crossed batons with six dots and script 'D' in red enamel, incised '16'.
