DescriptionGreen silk pocketbook. Front, back and interior surfaces quilted in small diamond pattern. Gold metallic thread embroidery in chain stitch makes motif and border. Front, back, and two interior panels each have motif of gardening trophies, with some details painted with tempera colors. Clasp of gold (?) on inside flap pocket is missing key. Lined in white silk. Metal thread on outside tarnished and broken, paints worn away. Gold and some paint on inside are in better condtion.
