Polished redware shoulder jar; flat base; rolled everted rim; vertical burnishing marks; base slightly blackened. There is also a black in number 2 on the base with the field number.

Provenance

From Mesaid tomb 46 [M/46/1]. 1910: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
