The low round bowl, raised from sheet, has in-curved sides and a straight rim. The cast handle has a geometric openwork pattern. It has been broken in several places and crudely repaired. The body of the bowl is dented and roughly hammered overall.

Inscription

Engraved on underside, "The Gift of H. Trecothick / to her Grandaughter [sic] Hannah Ivers / 1760". Engraved on the top of the handle, "T / MH / 1721".
