Academic Drawing. Three-quarter length seated, arms and legs crossed. Boston philanthropist, Bussey made a fortune as a merchant and left it to Harvard University, including his farm in Jamaica Plain, now caled the Arnold Arboretum. Here, according to his will, was established in 1869 a school of practical agricultural and horticulture.
