This object is a thin piece of pottery with pale green glaze, mostly worn off. It is a rough semi-circle with one flat edge and one rounded edge. The rounded edge has incised scoring marks on both surfaces. It looks like a scraper. The material is light brown ceramic.

Provenance

From Dakka (ASN94/1). 1909. Excavated by Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition for the Archaeological Survey of Nubia; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the Egyptian government.
