Possibly a pouch formed by very loose, imperfect double cloth technique; patterned with conventionalized faces outlined with white cotton on a ground of several shades neutral yellow wool. The reverse of the pouch (which appears to be sewed up so it cannot be opened) is not double cloth but woven in small woolen checks outlined with cotton.
