DescriptionPrinted by Thomas Harpur. Panel. "The Volunteer Furniture". Ground fabric of linen warp and cottom weft, printed with copper-plate in dark brown; yellow, blue, green (yellow over blue), red and brown, all added seperately. Represents the Provincial Review held at Phoenix Park, Dublin, on June 3, 1782, Lord Charlement the reviewing general; and shows rows of soldiers, mounted soldiers, tents, coaches, houses, deer in a forest, a column and miscellaneous figures. Large areas of solid brown rotted out. Both selvedges intact.
