DescriptionComplete Qur'an manuscript with appended prognostication text; Arabic calligraphy in naskh script with interlinear Persian translations in smaller nastaliq; 323 folios, illuminated in the Rumi-style with vines and flowers set against blue background; colophon; text set in illuminated rulings on cream-colored paper. Nineteenth-century red lacquer binding with dense floral motifs and an inscribed border with Qur'anic verses; Inner side of the lacquer covers also have large floral illustrations in gold.
