DescriptionCentral medallion of guilloche bands and a repeating floral motif, bearing an applied coat-of-arms(three lions rampant) backed by stylized acanthus leaves and surmounted by a crown. On either side a horizontal, symmetrical floral spray with inwardly curling leafy branches and leaves plus wheat stalks. All within a similar rectangular guilloche border. Outer border, a straight stalk with stylized leaves and blossoms within scalloped bands. Metal strips and coils, metallic yarns, sequins and spangles plus polychrome velvet and floss silk yarns on a red gold-shot ribbed silk ground. Metallic tape edging and metallic bottom fringe probably later additions. Ground worn, some missing yarns.
