DescriptionThis block is part of the scene of the tomb owner and his wife with a procession of dancing girls and offering bearers. It is executed in fine, low raised relief and depicts the right arm, torso, and portions of the wig of the wife of the tomb owner. It fits below block .1 and to the left of block .2.
ProvenanceFrom Giza, tomb G 2175, Khnumnefer and Nedju, chapel of Khnumnefer, north wall. 1912: Excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt.
