This fragment of low raised relief depicts at the top of the block, the hoof of a cow on a ground line. Below the ground line there is a large blank section. This fragment joins legs and body of a cow 13.4340.3, which join to 13.4340.1.

Provenance

From Giza, tomb G 2382 [(originally thought to be a tomb, but now known to be a jumbled deposit of limestone blocks from other nearby tombs)], court. 1912-13: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Egypt.
