DescriptionBlackish prussian blue broad-cloth. Flaring skirt very full at bottom. closes with buttons and hooks over left hip. Elaborate cut along right side to accomodate bent knee, hooks and button at back of waist, elastic tape sewn inside at left rear. A few small holes and stains.
