Ring with a fancy-cut garnet surmounted by a crown with five pierced pearls. The bezel is flanked by small, rectangular emeralds. There is an arch of diamonds under the pearls. These are rose-cut with closed backs. Beneath the emeralds are wrapped, flat wires. The shank has carved decoration. The closed underside of the bezel is convex and has incised radiating decoration.
