Ring with cameo featuring an African head in profile. The stone (possibly glass) cameo is in high relief and set in a plain gold bezel. It is surrounded by twelve small rose-cut diamonds (or possibly glass) set in silver mounts. The bezel is set on an oval gallery with an openwork design. The openwork shoulders flare outward toward the bezel. They are decorated with a stylized foliate design.

Markings

Two impressed marks on the exterior of the decorative shank.
