Ring with octagonal gem-set bezel. The bezel is high and the underside is closed. The collet is notched and there are engraved, vertical striations. The red ‘gem’ may be glass. It is faceted along the edges. The shoulders have carved decoration featuring stylized animal heads. The shank is plain.
