DescriptionSignet ring with an image of a deer with a cross between its antlers. The image alludes to Saint Hubert of Liege who, while hunting on Good Friday, saw a white stag with a crucifix between its antlers. The image is surmounted by a crown, and there are engraved arrows on the shoulders. On the bezel, along the bottom perimeter is the owner's name: "L. Ludwig Trentine."
Marks
There are two impressed marks on the shank: "JC" and possibly an animal.
