Description'Nicolo,' blue surface on black layer. Intaglio. Convex face and set in ancient (?) gold ring. Hermes leans on a pillar with his right arm and holds a bag (purse? money bag?) in his right hand. In crook of left elbow, he holds a caduceus horizontally. Stands with weight on left leg; right leg slightly bent. Body in three-quarters, head in profile.
