Red jasper. Intaglio. Flat front; set in ancient silver ring with oval hoop and thickening shoulders. Cupid walking in profile to the left. Small wing projecting from upper shoulder; cloak hanging down his back. He holds his arms our in front, one at shoulder height and the other at waist level (it is difficult to determine which arm is which). An object, possibly a mask, appears to be floating between his hands. Motif situated on a ground line.
