DescriptionThe fragments are broken and mended. It is incomplete. Below the rim there is an incised boat. The lines of the boat are filled with black. On the bow of the boat is an ostrich. Above that is a group of hieroglyphic signs.
ProvenanceFrom Abydos, temple M (195 O). 1903: excavated by William Matthew Flinders Petrie for the Egypt Exploration Fund, assigned to the Egypt Exploration Fund in the division of finds by the government of Egypt, received by the MFA through subscription to the Egypt Exploration Fund.
