Roundel with busts of a married couple. Pair of relief circles around edge. Woman (left) in elaborate hairdo and jewelry, faces man (right) with short wavy hair, cloak pinned at left shoulder; both in low relief profile. In upper part of circle the words: IN SE SENES CATES. Crack from l. to r. at level of shoulders. Rough finish on edge and back.
Inscribed “May you grow old together.”
The couple is fashionably dressed in the styles of the time of the Emperor Constantine the Great or his sons. The wife has an elaborate hairdo and jewelry. The husband wears military costume: a breastplate and cloak.
