Yellow-green molded glass bowl with irregular, multi-faceted, angular walls. Cast iron three-legged stand with stepped legs, gathered together and three posts fanning up to a custom-shaped rim, that perfectly fits the bowl shape. The stand elements are ornamented with stylized flower (and possibly fish) decoration.

Markings

Stamped on underside of rim: "W. H. HOWELL CO. GENEVA, ILL., PAT. APPL'D FOR."
