The alphabet is repeated several times, followed by “Wrought by Miss Elizabeth E. Rumrill Born November XX 1805 at 13 years Roxbury August 29, 1819” and verse beginning “Happy the child whose early years”. Framed with an angular floral border. Worked in cross stitch satin and rococo stitch with bright pink, red, green and blue silk.
