The lower part worked with white linen thread in drawn fabric stitches, satin stitch and knot stitch, includes the Lamb and the monograms of Christ and the Virgin; upper part worked in polychrome silk and a few spangles includes the maker’s name, Maria Jacoba de la Torre, various figures and borders, and a basket of flowers surmountd by a bird flanked by a man and a woman; edged with narrow lace made on the point net machine
