DescriptionOne of a pair (with 2001.61.1). Oval form, raised on three scross feet headed by stylized shells. Molded wavy rims, the sides with applied floral sprays and asymmetrical cartouches engraved with two crets. Multi-scroll handle.

Marks Struck under bases with hallmarks (leopard's head, lion passant, date letter for 1739-40) and with maker's mark of David Willaume II.
