The baluster body has a slightly flaring rim and a shaped triangular pouring spout. The body is raised from sheet, and the cylindrical mount for the wooden handle, at a right angle to the spout, is formed from seamed sheet. The body has been rehammered.
ARMORIALS: engraved on side, the arms of Hooker, alias Vowell, or Downing, co. Essex, possibly with Hillary, co. Norfolk, Masculer, or Berge in pretence.
