Long, narrow felted wool scarf, dyed in subtle shades shifting from violet to blue, with 3-dimensional poufs of wool patterning surface of scarf. On one end puffs are small and sparcely spaced but increase across scarf to other end where large, densely packed poufs cover surface. [n.b. Artist created puffs by tieing chickpeas and hazelnuts into wool before felting and deying stages]
