An elaborate “safety-pin” is made from a single piece of bronze; there is a double loop in the bow, and the section between the loops is twisted. The catch comprises a double fold of metal flattened at the end into a large, round plate with a broad, spiral cutting. Light green patina, slightly mottled. Intact.
