Obverse: Bust of Commodus, laureate, right.

Reverse: Commodus as Hercules, stands left, clasping corn ears between right hand and that of Africa standing at left. Africa holds sistrum in left hand; lion to right at her feet. Commodus rests right foot on prow and in left hand holds club supported on rock.
