Obverse: Bust of Galba to right, laureate.
SERSVLPIGALBAIMPCAESARAVGPMTRP
Reverse: Galba, in toga, stands at the right, clasping the hand of a kneeling female (?) figure, who is draped simply in a mantle, and wears nothing on the head. Between them, in the background, stands a young warrior, looking towards Galba, wearing a crested helmet, short tunic and high shoes, and carrying a shield on the left arm.
