DescriptionLong, rectangular shawl of wool twill tapestry with cream white main field surrounded by repeating boteh motifs on all four sides and crosswise borders (palla) at each end with design of row of ten boteh motifs composed of flowers in bluish-green and rose predominating; narrow white wool guard band (hashia) on all four sides with design of small repeating floral motifs; narrow cream white wool fringe on each crosswise end.
