DescriptionLong rectangular woven shawl; red ground; deep border of cone motives each with central conventionalized tree (?); outer border, on all four sides, of minute serpentine vine with flowering branches in interspaces; inner border, on all four sides, of small floral cone outlines; two shades of red predominating in borders; borders woven separately and applied to plain red center with embroidery; warp fringe ont wo ends; several small moth holes.
