Shawl with square central field divided by simple floral lines into four equal sections with black, orange, red, and white grounds respectively. In the outer corner of each, angled towards the center, is a large boteh motif flanked at the base by a symetrical grouping of round blossoms and leafy stalks. Bordered on all sides by a repeating, angled boteh surrounded by various round blossoms, leaves and smaller botehs; densely embroidered, predominantly in satin stitch, in yellow, blue, red, green and other floss silk yarns on a wool ground; lined.
