DescriptionShawl or scarf. Red silk warp yarns with red purple and orange silk plus orange metallic, weft yarns. Widthwise bands alternating in color and size. At the edges are vertical bands of gold colored metallic supplemental warp yarns. At the ends are areas of red warp fringe/open work which terminate in a narrow band with polychrome silk wefts. Good condition.
