Gold sheath from the tip of a scepter or staff. On top, cloisonné rosette with white enamel. Around the cylinder, a row of disc crowned uraei between borders of rope pattern.

From Meroe, North Cemetery, Beg. N 21. January, 1922: excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; 1924: assigned to the MFA by the government of the Sudan.
