Made in China for the Parsees of India. Red silk on which is worked with French knots and white silk a powder of symmetrically arranged groups of flowers. Around the neck, arm-holes and on the shoulders and bottom of the garment are borders of conventional floral ornament. Worked with white and light green silk. On the front and back are two birds.
