DescriptionLarge side table with four cabriole legs with knee carving ending in blocky claw-and-ball feet; legs joined by saltire stretchers; front skirt with C-scrolls and large shell at center flanked by smaller shells; side skirts similarly shaped; top with serpentine sides and serpentine front; marbleized decoration throughout (except on top); rear upper rail missing.
ProvenanceAcquired from the Archbishop of Sucre, Bolivia, by the donors in 1966; given to the Museum in 1997.
