DescriptionSkirt of crimson-red twill-weave silk with overall design of peacocks and flowers and, along bottom, a procession of birdlike figures walking and mounted on horseback embroidered in cream, black, yellow, lavender and green silk and accented with appliquéd mirror discs; border at hem of dark blue twill-weave silk with design in top row of repeating star-shaped floral motifs embroidered in white, black, yellow and green silk and, in bottom row, repeating floral medallions embroidered in white, yellow, blue and lavender silk; skirt gathered into a folded-over dark blue twill-weave silk waistband.
