This slender jar has nearly straight sides and a rounded, shaved base that almost comes to a rounded point. The upper body narrows very slightly before ending in a wide mouth with a straight rim that flares outward very slightly. Much of the upper body and rim have broken off an are missing.

From Kerma, Cemetery S, grave 1400A/X 1914: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
