This black-polished globular jar has high shoulders, a very constricted, concave neck and an outwardly pulled rim (much of which has broken away and is missing).
From Kerma, Cemetery B, grave 4. 1914: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of the Sudan.
