DescriptionThis small globular jar has a rounded base, a short concave neck, and an everted rim. It is in battered, flaking, and cracked condition. Some breaks have been mended.
ProvenanceFrom Kerma, Cemetery S, grave 1098. 1914: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Sudan.
