Reverse: Rome, full-face, and Constantinople, head turned to left, both helmeted, seated holding shield, surmounted by monogram chi rho on which VOT/ X/ MVL/ XX. Constantinople holds spear and rests feet on prow of vessel. Rome also holds spear.
