A five strand spacer bead. One side is smooth while the other side looks like cylinder beads joined together. The Object Register calls it a quintuple cylinder bead.

From Egypt, Deir el- Bersha, tomb 6 pit D, chamber debris. 1915: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
