Spoon bowl in shape of a shell (with ribs) with scalloped edges. Neck of spoon in a baluster curve, narrow handle with quick flare to rectangular handle top with rounded top edge with slight pinched crease at top. Engraved on top of handle front: “S.E.C.” in script. Five marks on back of handle (from base to top): “STONE & BALL” in block letters; arm with hammer in circle; “M” or “H” in circle; three leaf clover in diamond; “S” in circle.
