DescriptionThe field is divided equally into nine compartments. Repeationg in each is a conventionalized floral spray consisting of a central serrated leaf from which seven large and several small leafy flowers radiate in a symmetrical fashion. A simple sun motif repeats at least once in each compartment. Narrow drawnwork border. Parts of each leaf and flower are also done in drawnwork. Polychrome silk, white linen and metallic yarns on an off-center compartment otherwise condition very good.
