Warp of linen; Design woven in brown, red, pink and yellow wool and brownish blue spaces are detailed with tracery of natural-colored linen. Design consists of a central square containing a circle that frames a basket with pink fruits or flowers with green branches. Surrounding the central square are eight diamond motifs, each of the two above and below the central unit contains a fish; each of four in the corners contains a basket with fruits and the two at the sides contain four connected trefoil leaves forming the shape of a cross. Design shows Byzantine influence.
