Squat ovoid jar. It is made of light red clay- marl? It is unglazed and unslipped. There are four groups of 3 vertical dark red lines below the neck on the shoulder.
It has a narrow neck. It has a rolled and everted rim and a flat base.

Provenance

From Abadiya. 1898-1899, excavated by William Mathew Flinders Petrie for the Egypt Exploration Fund; sent over directly from Cairo on March 9, 1899 by Arthur C. Mace.
