DescriptionA large Kashan star tile, with a border inscription and field in brown luster. The central portion, painted in reserve, shows four figures in a line above an elaborate duckpond. Behind the group is another smaller group of four. Costumes are elaborately decorated with painted lines while the luster field is broken up by scratching through the pigment.
