DescriptionA medium sized Kashan star tile painted in red-brown luster with a calligraphic poetry border and central scene of a gazelle in a field of large stylized flowers with a small fishpond below - all of these main elements in reserve. The white, reserved areas are painted with details and the luster areas scratched to create texture - as is typical in the fully developed Kashan style.
