DescriptionStatuette of a Maiden. Clad in Ionic chiton and himation. She stands on oblong base, with left foot advanced, holding in right hand a dove pressed against her breast. With left hand she lifts fold of himation. Her hair falls down her back in a mass of nine curls; four other curls fall over her shoulders and chest. Remains of red paint visible on hair, garment, and base. Red clay with golden mica.
